COMMUNITY LEADER AWARD

Nia came into being to serve the underserved communities in Brooklyn, NY. We do it through the arts, others do it through food kitchens, and some do it through volunteerism. They work with the poor they serve the elderly, the forgotten military veterans. They go beyond the call of duty because they care! Working in Brooklyn, NY underserved communities we see many community leaders doing their best to improve the life of the downtrodden, the underserved, the needy. These leaders go unsung by most of society but not by Nia. We see their work, we wish to recognize them, and we honor them with our Community Leader Award. If you know someone who is serving the underserved and is deserving of recognition contact 718 346-6591.
